Job areas include:

- • Boarding establishments
- • Pet care and retail
Learners choose from a range of units including:
- • Control and restrain animals
- • Provide exercise opportunities for animals
- • Prepare and groom animals
- • Provide food and water for animals
Additional Information
- DART can help find a work placement
- You must be working in the industry
- Earn an apprentice wage whilst gaining your qualifications
- Tutors visit placements every 4 weeks to assess and review progress
- Our experienced tutors have strong links with the local industry
