Health & Safety - Employer Responsibilities
By law, Employers need to display:
- A Health and Safety Law Poster
- A copy of the current Employers Liability Insurance certificate.
To comply with current Health and Safety legislation, employers must have:
- A nominated Health and Safety person
- An accident sheet (sample enclosed)
- A suitable first aid box
- A written Health and Safety policy if you have 5 or more employees (including learners)
- A written assessment of the hazards in the work place.
